4.5G 42Mbps Anytime+ Service Plan (“Service Plan”) Terms and Conditions
1)	This Service Plan is only eligible for The Club Members. SUN Mobile service fees will not earn Clubpoints. You are required to subscribe to this Service Plan for a Commitment Period of 12 months. Waive $18 per month for MTR, Tunnels, Mobile Services License and Administration Fees.
2)	An Intra-network SMS is a text SMS sent within Hong Kong to 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers, and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 SMS units ("Quota"), the Thereafter Charge is $0.3 per SMS. An Inter-network SMS, charged at $0.6 each, is a text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of other Hong Kong networks. An International SMS, charged at $2 each, is a text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks. Text SMSes sent from overseas networks to 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers are charged at $3 each. Text SMSes sent from overseas networks to users of other Hong Kong networks are charged at $3.6 each. Text SMSes sent from overseas networks to overseas networks are charged at $4 each. Each SMS holds 160 English or 70 non-English characters, including spaces and punctuation marks. If the SMS contains both English and non-English characters, the limit of 70 characters shall apply. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in the form of multiple SMSes with a charge for each individual SMS sent.
3)	Charges thereafter for local voice service: $0.8 per minute.
4)	A local video call, charged at $1.5 per minute, is a video call made in Hong Kong to any other Hong Kong network. An International video call is a video call made in Hong Kong to any overseas network. For the coverage and pricing details of the latter, please check here.
5)	Each Local MMS, an MMS sent within Hong Kong to users of any Hong Kong networks, is charged at $2 each. Each International MMS, an MMS sent within Hong Kong to users of an overseas networks, is charged at $5 each. Each MMS contains a file not larger than 300kbytes. A Roaming MMS is an MMS sent from overseas to users of a Hong Kong networks or an overseas networks. 7)	The local data transmission speed for the first 10GB per month is up to 42Mbps; after the first 10GB, the data transmission speed will be capped at 1Mbps. Customers will be informed by a text message when their usage reaches the speed limit is put in force. The actual speed will be considerably slower and will be affected by internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the device used, hardware, software and other factors.
8)	Unless otherwise specified, usage under the Service Plan will be calculated on a per minute basis. Any usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute.
9)	You can use VAS for free during the Commitment Period, including call forwarding, voice mail, caller ID, call waiting, conference call and csl Wi-Fi. Your VAS will be canceled automatically when your Commitment Period ends. Click here for details on csl Wi-Fi.
10)	Not all devices support the services included in the Service Plan. You should check whether your device is able to support relevant services included in the Service Plan.
11)	When using the conference call or call waiting service, airtime will be calculated according to the total time spent on all connected lines.

Top-up Data Package - Terms and Conditions
Ⅰ)	The Top-up Data Package is applicable to selected Service Plan(s) only.
Ⅱ)	The fee of the Top-up Data Package is subject to change from time to time and you will be charged the fee prevailing at the time of your subscription.
Ⅲ)	Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of that bill month.
Ⅳ)	The local data transmission speed will be capped at 1Mbps when you use up the first 10GB local Mobile Data usage included in your Top-up Data Package and the maximum data transmission speed will change back to 42Mbps in the next bill month or when you subscribe to another Top-up Data Package.
Ⅴ)	We reserve the right to terminate or change this Top-up Data Package or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.

Prestige 4.5G Full Speed Data Service Plan (“Service Plan”) Terms and Conditions
* “Full speed” means 1) 600Mbps, which is our network specification for downlink of 4G LTE-A network (with 75Mbps for uplink) provided via three sections of 20MHz continuous 4G spectrum each, which is only available to designated locations and 2) 1Gbps, which is our network specification for downlink of 4G LTE-A network (with 75Mbps for uplink) provided via three sections of 20MHz continuous 4G spectrum each and one section of 10MHz 4G spectrum, which is only available to designated locations in Mong Kok and Causeway Bay. Use of a compatible device is required. Actual speeds that customers experience are less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors.

5G mobile service is available at designated areas with a compatible device. 3G/4G mobile service is provided if outside our 5G coverage.

4)	The local Mobile Data service will stop when you used up the monthly local Mobile Data usage included in your Service Plan and will resume at the beginning of the next bill month. A notification SMS will be sent to you upon used up local data. You can purchase Top-up Data Package by login to “My Account” to continue using the 5G local data service. The extra data purchased can only be consumed in the current bill month. You may choose to unsubscribe from mobile data service if necessary. However, the monthly fee will remain unchanged.

4.5G Secondary SIM Card Service (“Service Plan”) Terms & Conditions
* “Full speed” means 1) 600Mbps, which is our network specification for downlink of 4G LTE-A network (with 75Mbps for uplink) provided via three sections of 20MHz continuous 4G spectrum each, which is only available to designated locations and 2) 1Gbps, which is our network specification for downlink of 4G LTE-A network (with 75Mbps for uplink) provided via three sections of 20MHz continuous 4G spectrum each and one section of 10MHz 4G spectrum, which is only available to designated locations in Mong Kok and Causeway Bay. Use of a compatible device is required. Actual speeds that customers experience are less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors.
1)	This Service Plan is only eligible for customers of designated SUN Mobile postpaid plans (“Primary Service Plan”). The secondary SIM card’s usage entitlement is separated from the main SIM card of the Primary Service Plan. The usage entitlement of the main SIM card and the secondary SIM card cannot be shared between each other. You are required to subscribe to this Service Plan for a Commitment Period of 12 months. If the usage exceeds the Quota, the Thereafter Charge is $0.3 per Intra-network SMS; $0.8 per Inter-network SMS; Each SMS holds 160 English or 70 non-English characters, including spaces and punctuation marks. If the SMS contains both English and non-English characters, the limit of 70 characters shall apply. #China Data Roaming Service (the/this “Service”)Terms and Conditions
A.	The Service is available to designated SUN Mobile service plan subscriptions. Subscribe to this Service represents that the customer has agreed to activated the China data roaming service and the China voice roaming service (for answering incoming calls and calling to China's fixed/mobile phone numbers). If you terminate this service, the China data roaming service and the China voice roaming service will be terminated as well.
B.	Customers who subscribe to this Service and purchase any data roaming day pass package or data roaming day pass, which are applicable to mainland China, the data roaming day pass or data roaming day pass package is not applicable to Mainland China.
C.	The Service is not applicable to the service plans which do not support the data roaming service.
D.	Required subscribe to designated service plan and subscribe a minimum commitment period of 12months (“Commitment Period”).
E.	The Service included usage applies to use in Mainland China only.
F.	This Service included usage deduction of data roaming usage in Mainland China. Customer may top-up by $22/GB for continued use of data roaming service in Mainland China.
G.	Any unused usage and top-up usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of each bill month.
H.	The Service will stop when you use up the China Data Roaming usage and top-up usage. The Service will resume in the next bill month or when you top-up by $22/GB.
I.	Unless otherwise specified, the Service cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion and is non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products/services.
J.	Customers who terminate their mobile service accounts before expiry of Commitment Period shall be deemed to have forfeited any such entitlement, and SUN Mobile Limited (“SUN”) shall not be responsible for any such forfeiture.

4.5G China, Macau & HK Data Service Plan 10GB+1GB (“Service Plan”) Terms and Conditions
1)	This Service Plan is only eligible for The Club Members. SUN Mobile service fees will not earn Clubpoints. You are required to subscribe to this Service Plan for a Commitment Period of 24 months (“Commitment Period”). Waive $18 per month for MTR, Tunnels, Mobile Services License and Administration Fees.

Top-up Data Package - Terms & Conditions

Ⅲ)	Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of that bill month.
Ⅳ)	The local data transmission speed will be capped at 1Mbps when you use up the first 10GB local Mobile Data usage included in your Top-up Data Package and the maximum data transmission speed will change back to 42Mbps in the next bill month or when you subscribe to another Top-up Data Package.
Ⅴ)	We reserve the right to terminate or change this Top-up Data Package or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.

#China & Macau Data Roaming Service (”This Service”)Terms and Conditions
A.	The Service is available to designated SUN Mobile service plan subscriptions. The monthly China & Macau data roaming entitlement for this Service Plan is 1GB, you are required to subscribe for a Commitment Period of 24 months. Subscribe to this Service represents that the customer has agreed to activated the China & Macau data roaming service and the China & Macau voice roaming service. If you terminate this service, the China & Macau data roaming service and the China & Macau voice roaming service will be terminated as well.
B.	Customers who subscribe to this Service and purchase any data roaming day pass package and data roaming day pass, which are applicable to mainland China & Macau, the data roaming day pass or data roaming day pass package is not applicable to Mainland China & Macau.
C.	The Service is not applicable to the service plans which do not support the data roaming service.
D.	The Service included usage applies to use in Mainland China & Macau only.
E.	This Service included usage deduction of data roaming usage in Mainland China & Macau. Customer may top-up by $20/1GB or $30/2GB for continued use of data roaming service in Mainland China & Macau.
F.	Any unused usage and top-up usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of each bill month.
G.	The Service will stop when you use up the Data Roaming usage and top-up usage. The Service will resume in the next bill month or when you top-up.
H.	Unless otherwise specified, the Service cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion and is non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products/services.
I.	Customers who terminate their mobile service accounts before expiry of Commitment Period shall be deemed to have forfeited any such entitlement, and SUN Mobile Limited shall not be responsible for any such forfeiture.

4.5G China, Macau & HK Data Service Plan 20GB+1GB (“Service Plan”) Terms and Conditions
1)	This Service Plan is only eligible for The Club Members. SUN Mobile service fees will not earn Clubpoints. You are required to subscribe to this Service Plan for a Commitment Period of 24 months (“Commitment Period”). Waive $18 per month for MTR, Tunnels, Mobile Services License and Administration Fees.
2)	An Intra-network SMS is a text SMS sent within Hong Kong to 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers, and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 SMS units ("Quota"), the Thereafter Charge is $0.3 per SMS. An Inter-network SMS, charged at $0.6 each, is a text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of other Hong Kong networks. An International SMS, charged at $2 each, is a text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks. Text SMSes sent from overseas networks to 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers are charged at $3 each. Text SMSes sent from overseas networks to users of other Hong Kong networks are charged at $3.6 each. Text SMSes sent from overseas networks to overseas networks are charged at $4 each. Each SMS holds 160 English or 70 non-English characters, including spaces and punctuation marks. If the SMS contains both English and non-English characters, the limit of 70 characters shall apply. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in the form of multiple SMSes with a charge for each individual SMS sent.
3)	A local video call, charged at $1.5 per minute, is a video call made in Hong Kong to any other Hong Kong network. An International video call is a video call made in Hong Kong to any overseas network. For the coverage and pricing details of the latter, please check here.
4)	Each Local MMS, an MMS sent within Hong Kong to users of any Hong Kong networks, is charged at $2 each. Each International MMS, an MMS sent within Hong Kong to users of an overseas networks, is charged at $5 each. Each MMS contains a file not larger than 300kbytes. A Roaming MMS is an MMS sent from overseas to users of a Hong Kong networks or an overseas networks. Customers will be informed by a text message when their usage reaches the speed limit is put in force. The actual speed will be considerably slower and will be affected by internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the device used, hardware, software and other factors.
6)	Not all devices support SMS and/or other services included in the Service Plan. You should check whether your device is able to receive SMS and support any services included in the Service Plan.
7)	Unless otherwise specified, usage under the Service Plan applies to local use only.
8)	Unless otherwise specified, usage under the Service Plan will be calculated on a per minute basis. Any usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute.
9)	When using the conference call or call waiting service, airtime will be calculated according to the total time spent on all connected lines.

5G mobile service is available at designated areas with a compatible device. 3G/4G mobile service is provided if outside our 5G coverage.
1)	You are required to subscribe to this Service Plan for a commitment period of 24 months (“Commitment Period”), plus the $18 fee for MTR/Tunnels/Mobile/Services License and Administration Fees per month, port-in customers will be waived. This Service Plan is only eligible for The Club Members, New number customers or port-in customers will receive a one-time bonus of 50 Clubpoints. SUN Mobile service fees will not earn Clubpoints.

After the Commitment Period, the monthly fee is $78 or the prevailing rates.
2)	You can apply for this service plan if you are aged 60 or above by showing a valid identity card (Hong Kong or Macau).
3)	1Gbps is our network specification for downlink of 4.5G network (with 75Mbps for uplink) provided via three sections of 20MHz continuous spectrum each, which is only available to designated locations with the use of a compatible device. Actual speeds that customers experience are less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors. The monthly data entitlement for this Service Plan is 5GB, after the first 5GB, the data transmission speed will be capped at 1Mbps. Customers will be informed by a text message when their usage reaches the speed limit is put in force. Top-up Data Package Terms & Conditions
Ⅰ)	The Top-up Data Package is applicable to selected Service Plan(s) only.

Ⅲ)	Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of that bill month.

5G Smart Evergreen Data Service Plan (with Call Filtering) (“Service Plan”) Terms and Conditions
1)	This service plan is only applicable to The Club Members. SUN Mobile service fees will not earn Clubpoints. You are required to subscribe to this Service Plan for a Commitment Period of 24 months, and permanent exemption of $18 per month for MTR, Tunnels, Mobile Services License and Administration Fees. After the Commitment Period, the monthly fee is $108 or the prevailing rates.
2)	You can apply for this service plan if you are aged 60 or above by showing a valid identity card (Hong Kong or Macau).
3)	5G mobile service is available at designated areas with a compatible device. 3G/4G mobile service is provided if outside our 5G coverage. The monthly data entitlement for this Service Plan is 10GB, after the first 10GB, the data transmission speed will be capped at 1Mbps. Customers will be informed by a text message when their usage reaches the speed limit is put in force.
